Skill Development

We consider talents to be the cornerstone of independence. Vocational and technical training in areas like digital marketing, computer literacy, spoken English, beauty & wellness, and tailoring are the main focus of our skill development programs. These programs are specifically made for women and young people without jobs, giving them the skills and self-assurance they need to find long-term employment.

By offering real-world, hands-on training in in-demand trades, our skill development programs aim to prepare people for the workforce and become self-sufficient.

Women Empowerment

Our mission is centered on empowering women. We offer training, support for self-help groups (SHGs), legal literacy classes, health awareness campaigns, and small business advice as part of our Women Empowerment Initiatives. Our goals are to support women in achieving financial and emotional independence, taking on leadership roles in their communities, and realizing their rights.

Through comprehensive empowerment initiatives that prioritize social inclusion, income generation, and education, Shivpratishthan is dedicated to promoting equal opportunities and rights for women.

Career & Counselling

Through workshops led by experts, we provide career guidance and counseling services to students and job seekers. Our group offers competitive exam preparation, career mapping, resume writing, interview coaching, and aptitude testing. This supports young people in making well-informed decisions that play to their interests and strengths.

We help students and young people without jobs plan their futures by providing them with structured guidance and counseling services that support their career paths.

Awareness Campaigns

One of our main goals is to build an informed society. We plan awareness campaigns about important topics including road safety, mental health, addiction prevention, child rights, menstrual hygiene, environmental preservation, and more. To reach as many people as possible, these initiatives are run through street plays, rallies, seminars, and online platforms.
